Europa Barbarorum Download question

Just a quick question - we have two computers in my household, one for internet access (mine) and one for games without internet access (his). My question is, if we connect his computer to the internet for this download, would he need constant internet access to use it? Or would it be okay to remove the internet connection once the download has been completed, and he would be able to use his game with download without problems?

Once you downloaded Europa Barbarorum in his pc, we wont need an Internet connection anymore

As Caius said: once the download completed, you can install the mod without having access to the internet.

Just make sure you've patched up your R:TW to 1.5 first (if you have Gold Edition, you don't need to).
