If you have a level 1 camillan MIC you get the option to build a level 2 polybian MIC. If you have a level 2 camillan MIC you get the option to build a level 3 polybian MIC, etc. up to the level 5 camillan MIC where you (only) get the option to build a level 5 polybian MIC instead.
