Czechoslovakia regrets the Italian disrespect of the Austrian wishes for neutrality however it is obvious that NATO forces cannot match the integrity of the Chechoslovak military. However, it was plain that the Austrian citizens were similarly disgusted by NATO arrogance and, due to this resistance, Czechoslovak forces will therefore not take direct action on Austrian soil without permission from the sovereign nation itself. We call upon all citizens of NATO countries to see your governments' arrogance and rise up in protest.
