Urgent help needed !!!

I´m currently playing EB v0.81av2 with the Carthagians. My first aim was to bring all African territories under my control and then to expand in Spain, Egypt etc.
I conquered every Rebel settlement and crushed every Rebel stack in my way… and now there is only one settlement left to conquer, namely Terhazza ( in the very left-bottom corner of the map). My problem is: there is no path to reach this settlement !!!
I revealed the map (toggle_fow) and tried to reach Terhazza with some spies and diplomats – but it was useless!
Is this a bug? How can I change the file(s) in order to reach Terhazza? Are there any tricks?

My second observation is that towns like Dimmidi are missing and that Terhazza is controlling a big part of the African territory beheath the coast… almost as far as the border to the Egyptian territory.
Is this volitional or a bug ?

Terhazza is intentionally unconquerable.

I believe that EB uses special buildings in Terhazza to provide a "memory" for the scripting.

Oh... I found a further answer in the forum:
Terhazza is intentional. We use it for markers so the rest of the game works as it should. There should be no good reason why you'd want to go there, but you can take it by cheating.

What is the cheat to take this city?

It will be more unitary if whole Africa is "white"

The cheat is move_character "<general's name>" x,y. However the settlement will only bring you grief. More factions will border you and will thus attack, and it's way long from your capital so will revolt.

This is in the FAQ. Terhazza is purposely unconquerable. If you historically tried to take it, you would march an army south and never hear from it again. Plus it is filled with nonsensical buildings for script memory, as stated by "Juvenal".

There are 199 settlements we can put onto a map. This is the maximum allowed by RTW. Dimmidi didn't make it in because we felt there were more important cities to represent on the map. There is no chance of this decision being changed.
