Congrats! Wife(at least a gf), 2 children... Have you got the volvo and dog yet?
On a more serious note though, I think you did the right thing by having the second baby so close to the first one, they'll probably end up as pals(excluding the fighting years, of course) instead of the older one being constantly pissed at his/hers incredibly childish sibling...
I do wonder Beirut, is that flower sincere, or does it hide a curse violating forum rules?

Now this is where being a grandad is useful. You can hand 'em back when you've had enough.
It's nice to look forwards to playing all the games you played as a kid. Monopoly, scrabble, draughts (checkers) and chess.

Gratulations are in order...
I have two girls myself but even I knows when to stop.
They are 3 and 6, with the eldest beginning school this fall (damn, time flies).
I guess the missus stopped breast feeding just recently as that normally prevents another pregnancy? Teething can have that effect
