Force a peace and destroy an alliance?

Is there anyway to force a peace between 2 factions, playing as rome and fighting in greece koinon hellon pretty much rules all of it except for Epirote which is under my control, Ambarkia which is under Macedonia's control and epirus has 2 settments up north. I want to form a coalition of me, epirus and macedonia, however epirus and macedonia are at war and epirus is allied with koinon hellon.
