Looking at your map tells me a visit to the unofficial mods sections for some money script may help you. Because that is the combo of mega-stack-death.
Sweboz and AS rule the world!!! The tragedy!!!

That's a cool little known trait.
I don't think it has any hidden bonuses. The 'law' bonus with help with loyalty, though.

Is it avalibel for other peoples and/or factions, ie can a Qarthadastim general win the native iberean loyalty?

Hmm, looks interesting - would there be any way to make that trait have additional effects in Iberia/only affect Iberian towns/soldiers? Rather like the (Vanilla) Pyramids have an Egypt-only effect (apparently).

Unfortunately those effects are only avaliable for the vanilla style wonders, for some reason CA didn't allow that bit of code to be used for traits.

    Ugh - how annoying

Has there been any improvement to the situation in M2? After all, your having won the hearts and minds of the Iberian militias won't particularly affect those rebellious Baktrians or whoever at the other end of your empire.

In the Iberia: TW mod you sometimes get Devotio troops.

The trait dissappears once you leave Iberia, it's replaced by a triat that says "If you go back, you get the bonuses back." I know Carthage and the Iberians can get it, and I'm about 90% sure I got it as the Averni, but I'm not sure.
I shouldn't have to live in a world where all the good points are horrible ones.
