18 out of 20 correct for me. The two that I missed were fake, I took them to be genuine (I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt unless I have some pattern of reasons not to).

The key is whether there are creases or wrinkles around the eyes since that generally mean that it is genuine

Umm...if you can show two pictures with their differences that will help a lot.

I thought by 'smiles' they meant 'teeth' so the first 8 or so I was picking which ones looked like real teeth, and which ones were dentures (I was surprised for a Brit group to have such straight teeth).

I actually did good by that method, and then I realized I had to look at the 'smile'.

Cheeks were the give-away, then what they did after the smile.
