But one important question remains: Is it, like LorDBulA said, the L5 NATIVE MIC, or like Lord Curlyton and Veris stated, the L5 FACTIONAL MIC? Too bad that one can't look that up in the building browser. Trying it out means decades of MIC development, spending all the precious money of the desperately poor Lustannans (Who, buy the way, could not even built proper roads and soap-manufactories, because they seem to be more interested in building splendid pubs).
