    Question Lusotannan approaching Numantia

    If you try to enter Numantia territory a message appears telling they're very strong allies of yours. After attacking them another message tells they're able to mobilize strong forces against you. How does this influence the game course?

    I believe it spawns an Eleutheroi army once you attack.
