Ugh ... I forgot about those guys (you would have to bring them up ... meh). They are indeed terrible. Back in 1980, at the height of the Hi Infidelity craze [resists throwing up], REO headlined a Day on the Green at the Oakland Colosseum. I was there to see one of my favorite bands at the time--Kansas, and a couple of other good groups--Gamma and UFO. Kansas played just prior to REO, and blew the entire stadium away. People were just going crazy after their set. Then REO came on, started playing "Heard It from a Friend" right off the bat [throws up], and a good third of the huge audience left immediately. In the first band I played in that actually made money, we did do one song by REO, Back on the Road Again, which was ok. That's about the best thing I can say about REO.
