Well there's no need to get too paranoid about it. Like I said, it's still a fairly uncommon occurrence in my experience, so I don't worry about it overly much. It's just that when the anomaly does happen, it usually does so when I'm least expecting it to -- i.e., it's not happened in a good while, and so I let my guard down....
