Excellent. CA do fantastic work producing game engines and producing a ton of content. What modders do in tweaking the balance is probably small in comparison, but takes time to bed down. It's nice to see CA working with the community to tune their product. The benefit to cost ratio for such work is huge.

Maybe this should be copied to the MP forum as well, since it mentions the work put in to improve MP.
It's nice to see Celtibero get a special mention, I've always enjoyed playing Celti members.
This post fails, however, to mention anything about the main problem with MP....the server.
My approach to TW has always been as a tactical battle simulation and this is still possible (and it was with RTW) providing others approach the game in similar fashion, ie ignoring exploits and SPAM armies.
Where M2TW falls down is the server, the lobby and the lag which makes 4v4 battles a thing of the past.
I would like to see some evidence that these problems were being looked into

The next entry about the balance will go into some depth about it and so will probably be better for the MP forum.
