I do also various forms of Push-ups, inspired also by Parkour and other Gymnastics. Usually I play twice a week football.
P.S: You guys seem to be far heavier than me, even if I'm taller. Do you train also for strength endurance? I consider myself to be heavy for a Climber...![]()
