Actually. I'm more curious as to why the Pope has sent a fleet to the Baltic. I don't think I've ever seen the Papal States sail beyond Gibraltar.

Yeah! I did notice, looks like a bad case of wandering Pope Syndrome. In my games he rarely leaves Italy unless I gift him a province to keep him sweet.
