Unfortunately, it's not a number of posts which you require, it's more a standard of post. Behave impeccably and get yourself noticed positively noticed by staff over the next few weeks and you should gain membership status quite quickly. Hope this helps, welcome back, cheers!

BTW, may I suggest that you PM the almighty administrator TosaInu about your problems. He may be able to merge your existing account with your old one henceforth restoring your old post count and privileges.
