Editing Starting cities?

How do you change which cities a faction starts with at the beginning of the game?

descr_strat.txt in the eb/data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign folder.

It is very time-consuming, but not very difficult to do this.

Hello,

Does anybody have any more information of how to change starting cities? I tried to test it out but I recieved an error that said the game couldn't tell if the general of the army in the city was male or female.

If you have no experiance modding descr_strat, its going to be a long and painful time. There must be a good few tutorials in the modding forums here, that would be the best place to start.
