EB for RTW. You can try RTR 1.9 Plat, but I'd recommend EB until RTR 7.0 comes out. Even then, I'd probably still recommend EB because they will release their new version.

For M2TW, from what I have read on French forums (I have not modded yet my game as I want to finish at least one vanilla before hand), the mod that seems to entice the most players in DLV with Darth mod. Not sure what the current version is though.
