    Default Date Issue

Hello folks, I’m really enjoying the Mod, but I have a slight bug/issue that I hope one of you might be able to remedy for me.

I understand that a year in the game is now four turns long, however the scenery moves between Summer/Spring/Autumn and Winter every other turn. This isn’t really a problem as the traits, bonus and penalties that the different seasons bring still apply. The real problem is the years are changing every two turns, instead of every four.

Is there a way to stop this happening? Cheers

They... don't. There are three "summer" seasons and one winter season.

I'm aware of that, my problem is that the date changes every two turns instead of four. Is there a way to get it back to four, as this may effect the script.

That is because you are not running the background script, which needs to be started everytime you load a game, either from a saved game or from scratch. When you load a campaign game the first thing you must do is click on one of your cities and wait for the advisor to pop up. When he does read what he has to say and then click on the "show me" button to dismiss him and start the EBBS. Its best to start a new campaign if you haven't been doing this.

If the game progresses by one year per two turns, either you have done something to the script to screw it up (such as installing an unofficial mod), or you've forgot to reactivate it after reloading the game. I assure you it works for everyone else.
