If you could squeeze in another faction in EB, would you include the Guptas?

Was it around at the start of our timeperiod.

Besides, we only have 3 indian provinces, and no chance of expanding the map to include more of india, so we won't be having any indian factions.

Gupta empire starts at 240 CE. EB ends at 14 CE. Thus, there really is no way for them to be inserted into EB. This is not to say that an Indian faction won't be in EB, though.
