I looked on line 645 in that file, and this is what it was, "}"

What changes if any have you made to the install? Did you install RS into a clean install of rtw patched to 1.5? Did you let the new_ui.bat file completely at the end of the installer? These errors are not something that is in the mod so either you have a corrupt install of rtw or you didn't install RS correctly.
