Ok, here's my take on it. I tried to line up geography on google earth. The top right corner of this is lined up with the top right corner of the EB map (nearly, I didn't spend tons of time making it perfect):

The lake seems to fit on there as it does on the EB map.
Notice the compass. North isn't directly up in this part of the map.
