Adding building

I've been messing around in the descr_strat file for a while, trying to add a guild to a town, but I can't get it to work.

Can anyone help explain to me how to do this? I want to add an assassins guild to Naples so I can start with some better assassins then the whimpy 1* guys I always get.

1. you need to make sure your settlement is at appropriate level
2. did you copy/paste the correct building name? and building level
