Hi Keeper,
I'm not too sure since I am not a member of the EB team. However, I doubt that they will spend the time on this since it would slow down the production of the future versions of the mod. As said though, I cannot be certain, so I suggest that you wait for an EB member to confirm this before considering your questions answered. Sorry about my lack of knowledge, cheers!

Usually after each release with new units, the site gets updated. This might take a few days or something or perhaps it doesn't get updated, but you best bet is after the next patch. We've never updated it with unit from previews so it most likely won't happen now either.
However don't worry some new preview material is already being put together and I bet it'll have some units.
