    Just how does one get this 'Historian' badge??

    I noticed a discussion pertaining to the Battle of Adrianople and throughout the thread no one even mentions Ammianus!!

    I think that's part of the HoF awards. Which people are nominated, then there is a poll put up for everyone to vote on.

    Hi Kansas Bear,
    The honourable Historian Badge is awarded by staff for excellent contributions to the Monastery forum which exists for historical discussions. I don't think any new badges have been given out recently though, the last one was offered to Adrian II in October 2005 - almost two years ago. Hope this helps you, cheers.
