How do I get a new account with EA?

Hmmm something's wrong. When I click "connect" I lose control of the mouse and I can't cancel the connection. I wait about 15 seconds and it will say "connection failed" and I will have control of the mouse again.

Could it be my Router?

Hi Lvondas, and welcome. I'm getting the same thing now--both the mouse freeze and the connection failed message after a few seconds.

The mouse freeze happens when the client game is trying to connect to the game server without success, so that's not an issue. It looks like the fakeserver has locked up and may need to be rebooted. I was able to log in last night (after many attempts using R'as recommended trick, gah).

I have determined that hosting games will not be an option for me because of my router, modem, and firewall security configurations. I am available to play, but someone will have to play that can host. Today I'll only be around for a short while, and tomorrow I will be playing Samurai Warlords in the afternoon/evening.
