    MTW2 by far...but mostly because I'm biased (fueled by a preference of medieval history over ancient history).

    Still, MTW2, on gameplay merits alone, is a wonderful experience. I just wish CA would've brought back/kept certain elements from previous TW games (being able to dismount cavalry before battle, titles, choosing faction heir!).

    Well i have only played M2TW round my friends, it is a great game but rome total war just seems more enjoyable.Especially with all teh mods available like Roma Surrectum,EB,realism...I do love vanila rome total wat tho :D
