noobish question

The faction Yuezhi (sp) aren't on my campaign or custom battle games were they removed for some reason or do i need to get a patch to access them

They were axed because they weren't present at the game's start in real history. (The last release with the Yuezhi in, was 0.74) In return you now get the Saka who are much more fleshed out as well than the Yuezhi were.

Though, you'd still be able to encounter Yuezhi in your game: there's an Eleutheroi unit called Yuezhi nobles. Future releases of EB may feature a script which will trigger a "Yuezhi invasion" as well.

Kull is sporting a beautifull new Yuezhi sig. Doesn't mean they will be in the game as a faction, though.

Erm, no not really. For each faction there are at least two banners: one for members, and one for non members. As you can see Kull is sporting a non member banner.

As of late the only new banners I got a glimpse of are part of Nate's artwork.

I don't know what you are seeing, but I am seeing this:

It's four times as big as the other non-member banners, and unlike the others it features an unique image, not a shrunken version of the member-one. He only started using it after the 0.8 release, when the Yeuzhi were already gone. Maybe it's not new, but I certainly never saw it before.
