EB installing help

Hi, iv downloaded the latest version of EB twice now. hav, uninstalled, installed and updated Rome as required. everytime i extract EB from winzip to me desktop and run the EB icon it runs through its extraction process and then says, somewhere along the lines of, "does not have program associated for performing installation. Create association in Folder Options control panel".

I hav no clue what this means lol

can any1 help?

Erm..you might want to post in the EB forums as this forum is for general modding questions, not for questions about specific mods. They'll be able to help you because they know what installation software etc. they are using.
