I think its very nazi like doing, nazis are somekind of agressive nationalists and mission's description like "it would be better for you and our business if you take this city into you territory" is a typical text example for "it would be better if that would be ours, not theirs". I understand it if we would talk about cities of nations that im currenty at war with but they always wanted to go for peacefull territories. They dont give you annex settlement missions, royal court give you such missions, explorers leave it to you how you do it. when i played as bad guy i did two of such missions and price for it was lousy 40 florins, like they would say "the price is right, we dont care about you coz we are better and you should be finding new city and new war to be more of a reward".
