Activating script

I can only activate the scpit once per game loading after that i do it, doest work and prompts me to do it agian, when i do all government buildings on the map become damanged

This happens when you load a campaign with one faction, and in the same game session (ie without shutting down RTW) play another campaign with another faction. There is no way of stopping this. If you start a campaign with one faction, stop, and wish to play a campaign with another, you will need to shut down RTW and restart it.
