So its confirmed. 2.4 IS the latest version. And its pretty good so far. The only thing I dont like is that he changed building times so I just went into descr_buildings and changed it all back myself. Other than that, it seems to be very fun. There are a few more regions, mainly in the east/south. Thats about it so far.
