    Default Irish Civil War

    I'm asking about
    1. Irish Civil War History Books.
    2. Irish Civil War Novels/Fiction.

    Any suggestions, authors?

    Have you just been dumped?

I ask because it's usually something like that which causes outbursts like this, needless to say I dissagree completely.

Are we talking about the Troubles in general or the Civil War with pro and anti treaty forces?

    Try this one:

Commemorating the Irish Civil War: History and Memory 1923-2000 by Ann Dolan from the University of Dublin.

Some nice visual images of the Irish troubles in this music video.

There is quite a lot to be found on the BBC History Channel site here which also recommends further reading

There was a series on the History Channel called War and Conflict which covered the Irish Civil War, and there might be a DVD of it but all I could find on the net was this DVD on The Secret History of the IRA.
