    Default Lazy troops

Is there anyway to turn off fatigue in M2TW as I find the battles much easier when it is off, it could be done in RTW by checking the Arcade style battle box can it be done here or do I have to mod it?

You might try an easier "battle difficulty", at hard and very hard, there is more of a penalty for fatigue and your troops take bigger morale penalties for arrow attacks, flanking attacks, etc, at easy it is more similar to "arcade" style battles where it is basically a fight to the death. Note that the AI also gets the same penalties you do, increasing the Battle Difficulty DOES NOT give an unfair advantage to the AI, it only makes the battles more "realistic".

However, I might suggest that you learn how to fight battles with Very Hard difficulty, you will usually take LESS casualties because the goal is not to kill the enemy outright, but rather to make them rout using: flaming arrows, flanking with your cavalry, local numerical superiority, killing their general, etc. On H/VH, troops also take a bigger morale hit for their friendlies who are routing, so once you rout one unit, their whole army is more likely to flee. Of course the same is also true for your own units, but humans are much better able to avoid flanking attacks, charge archers with cav, not sending their general on a suicide charge, etc, whereas the AI is not so good at those things.

Also note: On H/VH you will take less casualties, but once you rout the enemy you are able to capture prisoners, so the enemy will still be taking casualties in the form of prisoners, however you will not.

Also with fatigue in effect, you can do things on defense like make the AI march across the map to get to your army. Even one level of fatigue (fresh vs warmed up) is a HUGE advantage because that will turn into warmed up vs winded after a few seconds of combat, and worn out troops get a combat AND a morale penalty. If you are an Eastern faction like Poland, Hungary, Byz, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, you can make their knights chase your light horse archers (if they don't chase you will kill them with arrows, win win situation), wearing out the knights to the point where their charges are ineffective.

A bit long winded but I hope it helps you.

I don't think posting links to your hard drive will work.
Just a suggestion, but you could upload them onto photobucket.com and post a link to that.
