Hi, I've just upgraded to the new patch today and changed my timescale to 1.0. When I look at the diplomacy chart, all the AI nations do not have allies except for the ones who are allied to me. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

is it possible they just haven't allied with anyone yet?
