A Strange occurance

after installing EB i noticed i could play regular RTW aswell, i thought this was cool but it would also let me download the Rise of Persia mod which is also cool. After i did this i noticed that some parts of EB were "appearing" on ROP, most notably the city models in ROP changed to the city models in EB (on the campaign map). I wondered if anyone else had done this and did it damage any of the mods in question or is it perfectly alright.

EB overwrites some Vanilla files. Loading bars and certain campaignmap features are among them. This is why it is recommended to instal EB on a separate, clean copy of RTW 1.5.
