Thread: Army supplying

  1. #1

    Default Army supplying

otohikoamv: you know how your armies run low on supplies if not on friendly territory?
otohikoamv: and it says that you can replenish it by razing towns or 'pillaging an enemy square'
otohikoamv: how does one do that?

I'm pretty sure it only applies to barbarian factions right?

You need to leave your army in one square for a turn or two, then it turns black and burned. If you move your army they won't forage.

I believe that the steppe factions and Sweboz are the only ones who can resupply by pillaging.

we should implement a system where generals who win battles get a supply bonus from pillaging/enslaving defeated enemies and razing their camp or what not.

they are the only factions who get money from pillaging enemy territory, the resupplying thing works for all factions.

I believe Steppe factions and Sweboz get no supply penalties in enemy territory. Could be wrong though, but I have a recollection of that.
