I'm mostly stumped by the way you've phrased your question.

...what about adding him to the family tree?

This can't be done by script. I have also never seen a character spawned by script offered for marriage.

...what would be a script for a random named character birth or a wedding or adoption, etc.

Births, marriages, and adoptions cannot be scripted.
