I've found some issues with the Roman's Government texts shown in game:
Type II says population growth bonus -.5% (i think it should be -0.5%)
Type III says morale troops +- 1 (shouldn't be only a - 1?)
Type IV says morale troops +- 2 (shouldn't be only a - 2?)

Also type III seems to give public order bonus due to happines +5% but -5% public order too (in which form?).

Anyway it's astonishing the amount of work you have put into this mod...
