    Free Tibet! >:(
Probably won't happen. Don't forget the red government is shipping ethnic Han Chinese into Tibet by the hundreds. Meaning that by the time a independance referendum comes there will be a sizeble pro-China voting block in Tibet.

I know that. The large-scale state-encouraged "immigration" into Tibet is no secret in any case. I don't even really support a sovereign Tibet as I fear the return of a Medieval-ish Theocracy that they used to be.

I just want a freer, better Tibet and China that is all. The scums on top right now make me cringe every time I use something with a "Made in China" label on it, and in America this includes just about everything. I'm 18 and I can't say no if my parents decide to shop at WalMart either. Apolitical immigrants that they are, they'd look at me the wrong way.

It is after all a country of my ancestry [yes I'm a peasant, and that's the limit of my genealogy as far as I'm concerned], rich in culture and values and an amazing history...under the leadership of capitalistic, authoritarian scumbags*

*Not that capitalistic denotes scumbaggery, just that they are both

Kick ass! I'm gonna be a lion! It says only 18% will do better, but I don't see anybody doing better than being the king of the jungle! That's a life I could lead... a harem of ladies to out and get my food for me. What a life.
