Editing desc_strat limits?

Just wondering if it's possible for me to completely remove all the generals, admirals and their entourages and put in entirely new ones as I'm redoing the world map almost entirely.

On a slightly related note, anyone got a quick reference pic of all the territories with their names? Going by RGB is a bit awkward at times.

I think you should leave a faction leader in for each faction that actually owns territories in descr_strat so the faction counts as alive, but that would be all you need as minimum.
