A Mod for RTRPE 1.9

This Mod adds a New Faction the Mauriyan Empire in Indian regions. And some changes to Roman Names using the Roman Cognomen Mod for RTR Platinum, also makes use of the 4 turns per year system. Enhanced Gloss Textures for all units

This is just the beginning of this mod. Upcomming Version will add another faction of AlSabyan in Arab region.

I think this is probably better suited to the Mod Discussion forum though, as its more release announcement than mod in development, so I'll be moving thread into there in a moment. (you should also get more attention from mod players in there as well)
