Doctor, Physician, or Herbalist?

The topic title pretty much explains it all. Is there any difference in the casualty recovery rate of these three ancilliaries? I have all three at my disposal at the moment and it's only the best for my field generals.

No, because they can't get more than one.

Why make them identical? I would think a little variety would be better.

i would thought so too, but in both Pontic and Armenian campaigns, in their advanced stages i have quite a few generals with both doctor AND herbalist.
