The greek is right, though i have no idea where the link is, it does appear to be a pretty sweet mod.
I'm unaware as to wether or not it is completed yet.

The only problem is, it's for RTR 5.4 and.. oh yeah... The link is dead.
There is already a request on there to bring it back, but that was posted months ago and still no reply. Oh well... I guess I'll just have to find a way to script Hannibal into EB or something.
