I don't think that battle reports will be too out of place in the council thread, but if many players disagree, we could always open one up.

I've tried updating the votes on proposals, but if someone wants to doublecheck, I'd appreciate it. It's a little difficult, because in some you have to pick out their votes in a paragraph, and not everyone voted on every proposal yet. Here's what I'm voting, just for reference.
