Almost every antivirus has triggered lately on something put in the installer by the installation maker program. Not only the EB installation either. It's a false positive, apparently some new virus is very similar to some part of it. It is not infected if you downloaded it from one of our links.
Having problems getting EB2 to run? Try these solutions.

I do NOT answer PM requests for help with EB. Ask in a new help thread in the tech help forum.

I think computer viruses should count as life. I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. We've created life in our own image. - Stephen Hawking
My Antivir told me as follows after the last research:
C:\Programme\The Creative Assembly\EB 8.1BI\EB\TempFixes\ModestyPatch.exe
[FUND] Ist das Trojanische Pferd (is the Trojan) TR/Dldr.Agent.cbr
So, not being aware, that this could be a false positive, I deleted the Modesty Patch. My Question now: Could this have an affection on gameplay, an if yes, how and where can I get back this patch?
No, this has no effect on the gameplay. The ModestyPatch.exe is a patch you can run to change the appearance of the naked units in the game, but this file isn't used by the game when you play it.Originally Posted by Quirinus Kuhlmann
