First of all, posting the same question in multiple locations, especially in such a short period of time is not the best way to get a positive response.

Second, all the issues that I can see that you complained about have either been fixed (scutarii.tga) or you were told there would be no changes (mercenaries).

Third, any new patches and/or hotfixes will come when they are done and not before, and it is unlikely there will be one before RS2 is released.
