    I don't think that it really matters. Maybe a Graphic Art 101 kinda thing...

    It's an unoriginal design. You'd have thought people would be more creative, but maybe they're scared they'll miss with something new.

    Yep, that was kinda the (very obtuse) point of my post. Heck, you can go back to the 1920 and the Pep Boys Manny, Moe and Jack automotive supplies store for a similar "pose".

    Its a fairly common way of doing things, just check out movie posters.
