Never heard of it happening 6 times in a row. You don't happen to mean that you reloaded 6 times do you? Because that would fit in with what I'm thinking.

No it happend 6 stright turns..its ok now as the makadonins nolonger exsist it did one last time after i had posted that..and i broke an alliance with AS and it was all better thy where about gone anyways so it was no bigdeal to break a contract since i dont think our trade rights had ever gotten anywhere i shared no border and thy had no sea ports..anyways i go tsome greek artillery that i bribed and took half there citys before i figured out what the problem was..but that was along time ago now..

The reason SPQR doesn't get artillery early on is that tyhey couldn't build it early on.
