My mates and I were screwing around the other day trying to edit maps on RTW and we was wondering what map editor the EB team used and if 'TiME v0.5 (Campaign map editor)' is any good?

Time was used at some stage early on, but I am pretty sure something like photoshop is used now for the individual maps (terrain, etc.). That's what I use when I try out tweaks, but Uranos is our main map guy and handles all the main stuff.
